* lisp/tmm.el: Use lexical-binding and current-active-maps.
(tmm-menubar): Use map-keymap and pcase.
(tmm--completion-table): New function.
(tmm-prompt): Use it to fix the menu order.
(tmm-get-keybind): Use current-active-maps.
